Add VAT/Tax collection to Teachery's Payment Pages, with the ability to toggle it on or off completely.

Make it easier to set a course's custom favicon without code. Also, if someone wants to save a Teachery URL to their iOS home screen, create an easy way to customize the icon at the same time.
Originally submitted by Joy Morin: Currently, course creators can add a comment section using an outside service called Disqus (other third-party alternatives here), which does not offer very good default privacy settings nor does it consistently email notifications when customers leave comments. Teachery-hosted comments would allow better privacy and notification settings.
